Job Description
- Respond professionally to inbound calls / Live Chat / Email
- To analyse, create and resolve tickets (if applicable).
- To troubleshoot and guide customers according to solution process and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests.
- Identified and escalated priority issues per client specifications.
- Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with individual call.
Job Requirements
- Minimum posses with SPM Passed / UEC / Diploma / Bachelor Degree and etc
- Able to speak and write Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese is preferable
- With customer service experience from BPO / Call center with Inbound calls experience is preferable
- Able start work immediately is an advantage
