Job Description

 * Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates
* Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards & social media
* Perform resume screening and phone screening to candidates
* Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities
* Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews
* Support employer branding activities like online recruitment branding initiatives, including video shooting for working vlogs, recruitment / interview tips, and other engaging content.
* Assist in daily office job task 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR / Psychology, Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• Creative thinking and able to generate innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Extrovert, Outspoken & sales-driven personality
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset and having basic video and photo editing skills is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• At least 3 months internship duration
