Job Summary:

The Language Interpreter is responsible for handling Live Calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of Mandarin / Cantonese, and English. It should processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is professional and courteous at all times. The interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer’s needs.
• Provide customer support using English or Mandarin language via live call
• Follow up and resolving customer complaints and problem and ensure it’s close to satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Native Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English as role requires candidate to handle calls in relevant languages
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Fluent communication skills
• With relevant experience in Interpreter is preferable
• At least SPM holder in any fields
• Able to start work immediately is preferable
