• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via live chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify at-risk customers and take proactive steps to retain them by offering effective solutions or alternatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and long-term engagement. 
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and retention targets.
• Ensure all communications reflect the company’s brand tone and service standards.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a sales support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) due to our client's target market.
• A confident, persuasive communicator who can build rapport quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
