 About the role

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to be based in Dubai. In this role, you'll be essential in delivering outstanding support to their customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience that builds long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers through inbound chat channels, addressing inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Provide clear and friendly responses to users, resolving technical issues or account-related questions with care and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Deliver accurate information and helpful guidance to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Spot areas for process improvement and suggest ways to enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about current company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • No specific background or education required — we welcome diverse experiences.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is essential due to market needs; proficiency in English is a strong plus.
