Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•  Research and identify potential career fairs, job expos, university partnerships, and industry events to participate in for recruitment and brand visibility.
•  Plan, organize, and manage the company’s participation in recruitment-related events to attract high-quality candidates.
•  Build and maintain relationships with universities, training centers, event organizers, and industry associations.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to create employer branding materials and campaigns for recruitment events.
•  Generate new business leads and opportunities that align with the company’s hiring needs.
•  Support recruitment teams by sourcing candidates, networking, and developing pipelines for future hiring.
•  Analyze event outcomes and provide reports on performance, ROI, and lead conversion.
•  Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities within the talent acquisition and recruitment space.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
•  Knowledge of recruitment channels, job fairs, and digital sourcing platforms is preferred.
•  Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
•  Excellent organizational and event coordination skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ATS tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must due to company and client communication.
