  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring roles (from sourcing to offer stage)
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Arrange and support panel interviews and additional assessment methods where necessary.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment regulations to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the HR team to strengthen recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
  • Proficient in utilizing job portals and social media platforms, including JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and RedNote (Xiaohongshu), for sourcing and employer branding purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively engage with targeted market segments and support internal communication needs.
  • Strong sales mindset — confident in pitching roles and closing candidates.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment independently.
