<li>Participate in full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process including first screening resumes via job portal (Linkedin / Jobstreet etc), resume verification by asking frequently questions to applicants, interview arrangements, follow up with applicants after interview, offer letter preparation etc</li>
<li>Reach out passive candidates through Jobstreet resume bank and calling to them for company job opportunities</li>
<li>Assist in payroll administration such as OT checking / leave application / letter drafting / exit procedure when necessary and filling to ensure employee profile on track</li>
<li>Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Project Admin Executive</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in project procurement, project sales, productivity, profitability      in helping company to reach goals and objectives</li>
<li>Build and management long term relationship and partnership with key target clients</li>
<li>Follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between      developers, company and agents</li>
<li>Plan project training programs accordingly</li>
<li>Conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents</li>
<li>Develop, prepare, coordinate presentations and proposals to existing or new clients</li>
