Job Description

  • Handles all admin matters, general office management, answers incoming calls and deal with email inquiries.
  • Provides admin support to Sales Exec, coordinates and consolidates orders from customers.
  • Handles online retail sales and walk in customers.
  • Updates websites and maintain company social media account.
  • Assist in issuing invoices, credit notes and stock report.
  • Assist warehouse exec in stock operation and management.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Cert/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related fields
  • 1-2 year experience as an admin clerk
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel /Word/PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and writing skill in English, Mandarin (MUST), and Bahasa Melayu language
  • Possess own transportation.
