Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating AP & AR accounts and conduct analytical review of the account status.
• Ensure all records pertaining to accounting are complete for accounts closing on the targeted date line.
• Ensure claims and documentation processed accordingly to company’s policy and accounting standard.
• Assist in yearly financial audit and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit process (for AP & AR
• Ensure proper filing of records and reports pertaining to accounts.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and possess initiative, and at the same time can thrive in a team environment
• Able to meet deadlines of the portfolio's requirements.
• Prior experience in accounting/audit firms will be an advantage
