Job Description

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring the end-to-end forwarding operations for import and export shipments.
•  Coordinate transportation schedules, carrier bookings, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.
•  Support negotiations with carriers, shipping lines, and service providers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
•  Oversee and verify shipping documents, customs declarations, and compliance with international trade regulations.
•  Liaise with clients to provide shipment updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
•  Monitor operational KPIs, costs, and budgets to improve efficiency and minimize discrepancies or delays.
•  Supervise and guide a small operations team, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
•  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall forwarding and logistics performance.
•  Support internal and external audits related to logistics, customs, and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
•  Minimum 4–6 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations.
•  Good understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
•  Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•  Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics systems or freight management software.
•  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•  Team-oriented with leadership potential.
