• Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Apply strong technical knowledge to identify and address customer challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless technical collaboration.
• Provide proactive guidance in troubleshooting and technical fault isolation.
• Coordinate with principals or third parties to deliver technical proposals.
• Contribute to achieving team goals and Technical GP targets.

Pre-Sales Solutions & Service Delivery

• Understand systems architecture across private cloud, data security, endpoint security, and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical leadership during requirement discovery and solution development, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
• Prepare solution design/architecture, proposals, bills of materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams on solutions, documentation, and clarifications.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and demos; create reference architectures for business use cases.

• Hands-on experience as both a consultant and implementer.
• Knowledge of IT compliance and scalability best practices.
• Experience in data centre infrastructure and networking.
• Proficiency in Citrix, Broadcom, and Microsoft platforms.
• Knowledge of data centre hardware (servers, storage, networking).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite & ManageEngine solutions.
• Knowledge of data protection, backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with Endpoint Security (EDR and related solutions).
• Experience with Public Cloud IaaS (AWS, Azure); Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Veeam) are an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in implementations or Pre-Sales.
• Diploma in IT, Computer Studies, or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
