Job Description
Job Scopes:
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols
- Coordinate and manage BIM models and data across multiple projects using BIM 365, ACC and Revit
- Supervise and provide guidance to BIM Modelers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models
- Familiar with 4D and sequencing in BIM
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve any issues related to BIM models
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role
- Proficiency in BIM software such as ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
