 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries, orders, and feedback via platform channels (calls, chats, tickets)
• Provide timely support for users during day, night, and weekend shifts
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining quality service levels across a 24/7 platform

Job Requirements

🎯 Who We're Looking For

• 🗣️ Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) due serving Mandarin-speaking customers
• 🧠 Able to read and understand Traditional Chinese(Not mandatory)
• 💻 Basic computer literacy (typing, navigation, online tools)
• 📜 Minimum SPM
• ⏰ Flexible to work on rotating shifts (morning, evening, night — weekly/monthly rotation)
• 🧘‍♂️ Calm under pressure, great with multitasking, and a team player
