Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Interpret on-demand calls from multiple industries (medical, insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) – training provided
  • Act as a bridge for seamless communication between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary: RM4,800 
  • Internet reimbursement (claim basis)+ incentives for completing required hours
  • Headset & electronic tablet provided (candidate must have own laptop)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Permanent night shift availability (US time. 1st shift will start at 8pm, last shift will start at 1am)
  • Must have full working rights in Malaysia
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Rotational shift schedule: 5 days/week
  • Laptop required (company provides headset + electronic tablet)
