Job Description
Job Scope:
- Interpret on-demand calls from multiple industries (medical, insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) – training provided
- Act as a bridge for seamless communication between English and Mandarin/Cantonese speakers
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM4,800
- Internet reimbursement (claim basis)+ incentives for completing required hours
- Headset & electronic tablet provided (candidate must have own laptop)
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
- Permanent night shift availability (US time. 1st shift will start at 8pm, last shift will start at 1am)
- Must have full working rights in Malaysia
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Rotational shift schedule: 5 days/week
- Laptop required (company provides headset + electronic tablet)
