 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. 
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts. 
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests while ensuring high customer satisfaction. 
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary. 
• Record and maintain accurate customer interaction details in the system. 
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. 
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems. 
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. 
• Willing to work on rotational shifts within the operating hours. 
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM (rotational shift) 
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (rotational, if required) 
• 5 days work and 2 days off

Training Duration:

• 2–3 weeks
