Job Description

  • Liaise with customers via live chat and call to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to products, orders, and services. 
  • Respond in a timely, accurate, and professional manner in both Mandarin and English. 
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. 
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Maintain detailed and clear documentation of customer interactions. 
  • Experience in crypto is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related 
  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or any related role, No Experience also welcome
