Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as F&B Service Crew. This role covers both Front of House (customer service) and Back of House (kitchen operations), ensuring a smooth and high-quality dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH)

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately, including handling cashiering and payments
• Recommend menu items and answer customer inquiries confidently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Ensure a positive customer experience and handle basic feedback or complaints professionally

Back of House (BOH)

• Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food presentation and portioning meet brand expectations
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Assist in stock preparation, inventory control, and kitchen organization
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• FOH: Good communication skills, friendly personality, and customer-oriented mindset
• BOH: Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have own transport (required to travel between TRX and KLGCC if needed)

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working days: 6 days per week
• Public Holidays: Required to work based on the F&B schedule
• Annual Leave: 8 days (subject to approval)
• Contract: 2-year contract (completion required)
• Location flexibility: May be required to work at TRX or KLGCC, depending on operational demand
• Staff discount and birthday gift - cash voucher
• Salary increment:
• After 2 months (based on performance)
• After 6 months (based on performance)
