Role: Teammate – Taiwan Market (Voice & Email Support)

Overview

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team supporting a well-known food delivery service for the Taiwan market. As a Teammate, you will provide high-quality voice and email support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via voice and email professionally and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Certificate
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Malaysian citizen fluent in Mandarin and basic English
• Must be able to type in Traditional Mandarin
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Must be able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya
