Job Description

Location: Taman Impian Emas, Skudai, JB

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting risk assessments and enforcing preventive measures as to conduct site inspections to check equipment, machinery and processes.
• Reviewing existing policies and update according to legislation then to enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Educating employees on safe practices and health and safety regulations by initiating and organizing OHS training.
• Assisting with the development of strategic plans for health, safety and environment.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, and new prevention measures.
• Evaluating the safety management system for its effectiveness and maintaining documented continuous improvement plans.
• Reporting on the health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics to the General Manager, Operation Manager and Plant Managers.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.

Requirements:

• Education: SPM / Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Working Experience: Minimum 1 year in safety-related role.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
