Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Support, configure, and troubleshoot comprehensive IT network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware components to ensure seamless operations across all locations.
• System Administration: Manage domain/file servers, mail servers, and web applications while performing software installations and maintaining operational quality of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
• Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose system failures, implement corrective solutions, and provide both onsite and offsite consulting services while proactively identifying potential issues and risks.
• Specialized System Support: Work closely with EBI-POS system suppliers to resolve functionality problems, monitor CCTV systems across headquarters and branches, and provide technical expertise for retail operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification with strong technical foundation in IT systems and network administration.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network environments, preferably with specialization in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Administration or equivalent technical roles.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of EBI POS systems is advantageous, along with deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, and technical platforms for comprehensive system support.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive mindset, and eagerness to learn new technologies according to business needs and industry demands.
• Mobility Requirements: Must possess own transport as the role requires travel to various branch sites for onsite support and maintenance activities.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in retail environment in analyst or advisor role is beneficial for understanding business operations and system requirements.
