Job Description
Job Scopes:
- Prepare Cost Estimates
- Taking off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities and other Tender Documents
- Assist the Contract Manager in the tender exercise but not limited to examining, analyzing and reporting on tenders received
- Attend meeting and coordinating with other Consultants and Clients on the sub-contract Tender Documents and Contract Documents to ensure consistency with Main Contract documents
- Get a quotation and do a pricing comparison
- Monitor and confirm work progress to support accurate progress claim payments
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Have background and experience in Mechanical & Electrical
- With a minimum of 3 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry
- Must be able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Strong engineering knowledge with excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
