Job Scopes:

<li>Prepare Cost Estimates</li>
<li>Taking off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities and other Tender Documents</li>
<li>Assist the Contract Manager in the tender exercise but not limited to examining, analyzing and reporting on tenders received</li>
<li>Attend meeting and coordinating with other Consultants and Clients on the sub-contract Tender Documents and Contract Documents to ensure consistency with Main Contract documents</li>
<li>Get a quotation and do a pricing comparison</li>
<li>Monitor and confirm work progress to support accurate progress claim payments</li>
</ul>
