- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote FWD insurance products and services.
- Provide clear product information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer information accurately in the system for follow-up.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with customers.

- Minimum SPM Pass.
- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
