• Organise promotion campaigns and projects in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Establish good customer rapport with all clinic clients and the community.
• Source for new business.
• Maximise profitability for the branch.
• Periodic reports to be submitted on marketing activities and sales.
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
• Oversee and implements quality control on all tests.
• To review documentation of quality control issues under ISO15189.
• Ensure that the branch is adequately equipped and well maintained.
• To oversee the general maintenance of the branch, its cleanliness and security
• Oversee staff matters i.e. grievances, disciplinary matters and others.
• Oversee staff performance, recommends training and does staff appraisals.
• Relays Company’s mission and policies to all staff.
• Attends to customers’ complaints and provide solutions to such complaints.
• Oversee branch cash and sales transactions and submit all relevant documents to the Accounts dept.
• Oversee staff leave records, overtime and claims. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Possess qualifications in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• Possess a certificate under Akta 774.
• At least 3-4 years supervisory experience in a medical laboratory of healthcare related industry.
• Possess ability to lead and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Possess strong leadership, inter-personal and communication skill.
• Possess own transport.
• Mature, resourceful, independent, motivated and able to work under pressure.
