Job Description

• Plan and execute procurement activities for local and intergroup companies from the office furniture industry. 
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and factories to ensure quality, costeffectiveness, and timely delivery. 
• Arrange and coordinate manpower for furniture delivery and installation at client sites. 
• Liaise with project, sales, and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with project requirements. 
• To maintain internal documentation control in accordance with company standards, and resolve any delivery or quality issues. 
• Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels for upcoming projects. 
• Maintain proper procurement and logistics records, including supplier quotations, POs, and shipping documents. 
• Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement. 
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the furniture or trading industry.  
• Experience in shipping, import/export documentation, and freight coordination is an added advantage.  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or procurement systems.  
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.  
• Proficiency in Mandarin
