Key Responsibilities

• Grow company revenue by effectively managing key clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for both existing key accounts and new customers.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and conventions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic sales plans to management.
• Identify and promote new and emerging business opportunities, including the introduction of new product lines.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor pricing, product launches, distribution strategies, and industry developments.
• Plan and participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in sales, retail sales, or a similar role.
• Strong sales drive with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in market development or entering new markets will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in consumer durables, technology products, or building distribution networks is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet business and customer requirements.
• Must Speak Mandarin due liaise with China Market/Business
