Key Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new market segments and customers to expand business opportunities.
   
• Maintain professional relationships with existing customers for satisfaction and repeat business.
   
• Conduct regular customer visits, follow-ups, and product presentations.
   
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and demonstrations.
   
• Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
   
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
   
• Organize after-sales training sessions when requested.
   
• Responsible for debtor collection.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical, or Engineering (preferred).
   
• 2–5 years’ sales experience in industrial products (air compressors, pumps, HVAC, automation, etc.). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
   
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
   
• Positive attitude, independent, result-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
   
• Proficiency in MS Office.
   

What We Offer

• Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,800 (depending on experience) + Commission.
   
• Allowances: Car maintenance (RM600), toll & petrol claims, mobile phone bill claims.
   
• Benefits: Annual bonus, medical check-up, company trips, annual dinner.
   
• Work hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am – 5.15pm (5-day work week).
