Job Description

•  Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and initial solar system design proposals.
• Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the engineering/design team to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar technologies.

Job Requirements

•   Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Renewable Energy) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or electrical engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.
