Job Description

• Managing the day-to-day HR operation functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and training, and office & facility management.
• Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and onboarding and offboarding
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Managing payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
• Coordinating training and development initiatives to upskill the workforce.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee building and facilities maintenance.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related studies.
• At least 4 years’ of HR experience including payroll processing (200+ employees) and foreign worker administration.
• Proficiency in HR software (Times Payroll) and MS office.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations, HR practices, and operational procedures.
• Hands-on, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
