Love creating viral content? Always scrolling TikTok for the latest trends? We're looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos that connect with audiences across multiple social media platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu. 
• Manage the full content creation process from ideation and scriptwriting to production and publishing. 
• Develop creative content aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns. 
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms. 
• Generate fresh content ideas to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. 
• Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on insights and analytics. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, and creative initiatives.

• Strong video shooting and editing skills. 
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu trends.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field. 
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or video production. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. 
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. 
• Familiar with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu. 
• Creative storyteller with a good eye for visual content, trends, and audience engagement. 
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing or producing video content when required. 
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms. 
• Basic knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. 
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
