Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote insurance-related products.
   
• Present product benefits clearly and professionally.
   
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate call records.
   
• Follow up on potential leads.
   
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
   

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
   
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
   
• Positive attitude, energetic, and target-oriented.
   
• No experience required — full training provided.
