Job Description
- Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and other accounting documents
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing system
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and audit preparation
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding payment matters
- Handle full set accounts independently
- Use SQL Accounting System for daily accounting operations
Job Requirements
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantage
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge or experience in SQL Accounting System
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred
- Own transportation and accommodation
