Job Description

Job Scope:

* Perform inspection on CNC machined parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products.

* Operate and utilize measuring equipment such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Profile Projector.

* Interpret technical drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection criteria.

* Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.

* Identify and report non-conforming products and support corrective actions.

* Ensure measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.

* Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

* Maintain good housekeeping and comply with quality and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

* Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.

* Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

* Experience in QC inspection for CNC machining parts.

* Able to use CMM, Height Gauge, and Profile Projector.

* Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

* Knowledge of GD&T is an added advantage.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
