Job Description

Job Scope:

- Handle customer enquiries, follow up, and obtain quotations from suppliers (tooling & E.T fixtures)

- Provide product/company information and collect new customer details

- Prepare quotations based on Marketing Manager’s input

- Ensure customer RoHS requirements are communicated to relevant departments

- Manage customer sample (FAI) process including issuing, coordination, billing, and shipment

- Assist Department Manager with reporting, documentation, quotations, and communication

- Monitor order fulfillment from order receipt to delivery to ensure on-time shipment

- Coordinate with Planner on customer scheduling and order adjustments

- Liaise with forwarders/carriers for shipment and prepare required documents

- Prepare and follow up on CAR (Corrective Action Report) to EQMR

- Issue Purchase Requisition (P.R) for tooling and fixtures; track readiness and update customer property list

- Follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) with customers

- Monitor monthly department Quality Objectives

- Maintain and update Environmental & Quality records and procedure manuals

- Supervise and support subordinates, including training and performance monitoring

- Prepare quotations for customers

- Issue delivery documents to forwarders/carriers

- Issue P.R for tooling and E.T fixtures

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder

- At least 2 years experience in related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good interpersonal skills with strong written and spoken English
