Job Description
- Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
- Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place
- Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing
- Troubleshoot machine breakdown
- Training customers on how to use machines
- To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of CNC Machine working experience
- Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customers.
