Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop and engage in the form of video content (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) 
• Script, film and edit multimedia content 
• Apply creative storytelling techniques to capture audience attention 

2. Social Media and Campaign Execution

• Plan and schedule social media posting across multiple platforms 
• Manage and optimize content for different audiences and markets 
• Support website content updates and digital publishing 
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and social media best practices 

3. Analyze Content Performance

• Track content performance (e.g. views, engagement, conversions) 
• Identify trends and recommend improvements 
• Assist in building dashboards and structured workflows 

4. Strategy and Innovation

• Research global trends and content platform direction
• Contribute ideas for campaign growth and content direction 
• Explore automation tools to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies 
• Assist in executing e-marketing campaigns including email marketing and online promotions 

Job Requirements

  Requirements: 

•  Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English in both written and spoken are mandatory.
• Possesses basic skills in Content creations, Knowledge of photo / video editing tools, Graphic design, Data analysis & digital tools.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
