Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile Developer to join our team in building high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile development best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver polished features.
• Implement responsive UI and reusable components across Android and iOS.
• Optimize application performance and handle device-specific limitations.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and deploy timely fixes.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, navigation, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with state management approaches (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod).
• Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and handling JSON data.
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Good understanding of Git workflows and version control systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, etc.).
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
• Prior experience with app performance optimization and profiling tools.
• Understanding of testing frameworks and integration testing, etc.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, including: Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent
