  • 专业处理大量客户咨询。
  • 达成个人及团队的绩效目标(KPI)。
  • 通过自助服务策略改善服务质量。
  • 识别并向管理层提出工作流程改进建议。
  • 保持客户信息的保密性,妥善解决客户问题。

Job Requirements

 具备条件:

  • 精通英语和普通话(粤语是加分项)。
  • 积极的态度、责任心强、守信并注重目标导向。
  • 出色的沟通能力、同理心和解决问题的能力。
  • 能适应快速节奏和高压环境。
  • 能接受轮班工作,包括周末及公共假期(24小时运营)。
