What You Will Be Doing - Primarily
· Project Planning & Governance
· Project Management
· Develop, monitor and report on implementation roadmap
· Facilitate fit gap workshops
· Manage transition process ( knowledge transfer process, training, documentation)
· Stakeholder engagement and management
· Monitor stabilisation post transition
Job Requirements
What we would like from you:
· Process knowledge and expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R (involvement in finance transformation project is a plus)
· Past experience in transitioning/migrating activities to or from a FSSC
· An overarching desire to develop yourself and move ahead of others
· Learn fast, think fast and can multitask effectively
· Deliver, on time in full, either through self or through others
· See a problem, love it and solve it!
· Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
· A strong and effective presenter and communicator
· Ability to manage team and different stakeholders in driving successful completion of projects
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FSSC or Consulting
· Professional qualification in Accounting
