<li>Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve food and beverages promptly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counter, and workstations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare takeaway and delivery orders accurately.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Replenish supplies and ensure the outlet is well-organized.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues courteously.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.&nbsp;</li>
