Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full-set accounts, ensuring financial accuracy across our branches and supporting the Head of Department with strategic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents, letters, reports & basic administrative materials
  • Assist with preparing invoices, quotations, payment vouchers & statements
  • Maintain filing systems & ensure records are complete & updated
  • Support data migration tasks
  • Coordinate client engagement processes & follow-ups
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings & coordinate appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails & general correspondence
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, auditors & clients
  • Assist in basic project coordination & progress tracking
  • Organise & arrange meetings for Heads of Department

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • ⁠A background in Accounting studies or a related financial field.
  • ⁠⁠Between 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in managing full set accounting.
  • ⁠⁠ACCA qualification (fully qualified or a finalist).
  • ⁠⁠Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in AutoCount being a distinct advantage.
  • ⁠⁠Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • ⁠⁠Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in managing full set accounting.
