Job Description

We are looking for a motivated intern to provide administrative & coordination support to our management team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to office administration, documentation, scheduling & communication with clients and internal departments. Candidates who are organised, proactive & eager to learn will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents, letters, reports & basic administrative materials
  • Assist with preparing invoices, quotations, payment vouchers & statements
  • Maintain filing systems & ensure records are complete & updated
  • Support data migration tasks
  • Coordinate client engagement processes & follow-ups
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings & coordinate appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails & general correspondence
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, auditors & clients
  • Assist in basic project coordination & progress tracking
  • Organise & arrange meetings for Heads of Department

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • ⁠⁠Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related field
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, organise work & manage priorities
  • Willing to learn, proactive & responsible in assigned duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage (for client liaison)
