Organic + Paid Growth | Social Media, Website & WhatsApp Marketing

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn how businesses grow through content, paid ads, website, WhatsApp journeys, and performance analysis.

You will work with our marketing team, designers, and video content creators to support digital campaigns across multiple channels.

What You’ll Learn & Support

• Support organic content planning for social media.
• Assist in paid campaign setup, monitoring, and basic optimisation across Meta, Google, TikTok, or other platforms.
• Help analyse content, ad, website, and WhatsApp engagement performance.
• Track basic metrics such as CTR, CPC, leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign results.
• Work with designers and video creators to prepare performance-driven creatives.
• Support website and landing page improvement ideas from a marketing perspective.
• Assist in WhatsApp community, broadcast, and follow-up journey planning.
• Prepare simple reports, insights, and improvement suggestions.
• Learn how marketing actions connect with customer needs and business growth.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or fresh graduates from Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Interested in both organic marketing and paid advertising.
• Curious about data, content, customer behaviour, and digital business growth.
• Willing to learn, responsible, organised, and proactive.
• Able to work with designers, video creators, and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SEO, website analytics, or WhatsApp marketing is an added advantage.
