About the Role

Position Objective:

1. To provide qualitative service in managing survey, reports, notification, feedback and correspondence received from Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, PIAM, MTA, FMOS and other regulatory and government agencies.

2. To build and maintain a good working relationship with the officers of Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, PIAM, MTA and FMOS

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Bank Negara Malaysia, Life Insurance Association of Malaysia, Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia, Malaysian Takaful Association and Ombudsman for Financial Services (Regulators):

  • To manage the dissemination of correspondence, feedback, survey of review from the regulators to the relevant department.
  • To follow up with the relevant department on the responses to the regulators and collate the responses.

2. Regulators’ visits/meetings:

  • Organising, preparing and managing all the logistics for any regulators’ visits to any AIA Entity in Malaysia.
  • To coordinate with the relevant department for any presentation or documents to be prepared for BNM, LIAM and PIAM review.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Self-motivated and an effective team player.
  • Pro-active, demonstrates initiative & looks for area of improvement.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language.
  • Having legal and compliance background is an added advantage.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
