About the Role

To build and implement the data science approach and roadmap to support agency business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tailor made business reports, statistics, and segmentations for different reporting requirements in a timely manner with brilliant quality work.
  • Ensure timely and accurate portfolio reporting, management and regulatory reports update to support management and business performance.
  • Work out detailed requirements and layout design together with respective subject matter experts for IT assessment to automate the reports.
  • Assist agency sales team to improve efficiency by giving informative statistic for business decision and monitoring.
  • Build insights across agency business to drive long-term process or operational changes required for business improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from any fields of study from a recognized University.
  • 2 years or working experience in Analytics or Strategy will be favourable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and monitoring to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Analytical and proactive.
  • Proficient in programming-based analytics software e.g., SAS, SQL, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes.
