About the Role

The position plays a crucial role in supporting business decisions by generating accurate and timely reports. The position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various data sources to produce meaningful insights

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for agency distribution.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs.
  • Maintain and update reporting systems and databases.
  • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development of new reporting tools and processes.
  • Support data analysis initiatives and provide insights to stakeholder.
  • Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Support agency movement activities or system updates as needed.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Minimum Job Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in report generation and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and various data sources.
