About the Role

Assess outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

  • Responsible to assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims.

  • Responsible to review and pay cases that exceed authority limit.

  • Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.

  • Ensure all special account policy is attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.

  • Communicate closely with 24/7 contact centre and ensure emails are responded timely.

  • Assisting team members within the team as and when required.   

  • Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.

  • Seek to understand rationale with facts for better claims analysis.

Requirements

  • Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Health Science, Biology or related fields

  • Fresh graduates and Medical Lab Technologists are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

  • Sound knowledge of medical terms

  • Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage but not required

  • Good communication and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivated and customer-driven

  • Sound problem solving skill
