About the Role
The Analyst is responsible for executing test plans and cases to ensure software solutions meet user expectations.
The role supports defect handling, conducts system checks post-deployment, and provides production support in a structured and efficient manner.
Test Execution and Support
- Prepare and execute test plans and test cases.
- Document and escalate defects, supporting resolution and retesting.
- Conduct UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing activities.
Production and Health Monitoring
- Assist in handling production inquiries and incident triaging.
- Conduct system health checks to ensure operational stability.
- Support UAM (User Access Management) processes.
