About the Role
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processesJob Responsibilities:
Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.
Ensure meeting personal quality, efficiency, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement.
Ensure team operating efficiency.
Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any*).
Job Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Management or any field of study.
Language: English & Mandarin to support HK Region.
Positive demeanor and willingness to share and learn.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal mentorship and is a phenomenal teammate
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Forward thinker in anticipating the potential problem that may arise and provide proactive solutions promptly.
Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.
Willing to work in Cyberjaya & Putrajaya.
*This is a 1 Year Contract Position.
