About the Role

Perform assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner and contribute directly and indirectly to achieving the overall objectives of the Division KPI.

Process New Business/ Renewal/Policy Servicing of Voluntary Solutions Products according to the procedures set, within TAT at acceptable level of error rate which involve:-

New Business

  • Perform data entry for new business application forms.
  • Follow up with agents on incomplete or missing information.
  • Process manual credit/debit card deductions for new business cases.
  • Prepare and send follow‑up letters for unsuccessful payment deductions.
  • Issuance of policy contracts upon received full payment
  • Prepare and issue closure letters for non–take-up cases.
  • Conduct AML (Anti–Money Laundering) screenings for new business submissions.

Renewal and Policy Servicing

  • Update and maintain policy changes in the system.
  • Match and process renewal payments, including cashiering activities.
  • Prepare and issue policy-related correspondence letters.
  • Manage and monitor the auto‑billing process for recurring payments
  • Actively monitoring suspense account and ensure the timely clearance of payment.
  • Ensure all payment received from bank/clients are reconciled, cleared and updated into the system.
  • Attending email enquiries from external / internal parties via CRM / Case360 system within TAT set.
  • To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically or be involved in ad hoc initiatives/special projects assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other regulatory/compliance requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 year working experience
  • Competent in general administrative duties
  • Possess intermediate level of Microsoft Words and Ms-Excel Advantage added - Good knowledge of Group insurance and Voluntary Scheme
